"I would not recommend this agency. I have been with State Farm since 1992. In October I bought a new car and I wanted to cancel my old car. So on October 10 I called Teran and she insured my new car. Two weeks later I called and talked to some guy . I told him to cancel my 2002 Chrysler because I sold it. He failed to do that and in November I was charged for both vehicles. So I called them in December, after seeing my bank statement. I have been having State Farm withdraw monthly my automobile insurance from my checking account since 1992. The male associate said he would fix it. The genius canceled all withdrawals from my checking account including my 2022 Malibu. Why did he do this. I never got an explanation from Trisha or Teran but I did get a cancelation notice from State Farm on Dec 31st that my policy would be canceled on Jan 7 if I didn't send them $131.0 I had to call the 24 hour service and they didn't understand what the people at Hastings were doing. The man at the 24 service center said " that $28.00 should of been taken out in December, because I over paid. He took care of it. When I called the agent in Hastings, Trish gave me double talk and could not explain why the male associate decided to cancel my automatic insurance payments that came out of my checking account. Remember I had been paying this way for over 30 years. I told Trish what if I had been out of town and did not get home until January 8th and I was in a car accident with no insurance because some dude decided that he had the right to stop the automatic withdrawal. She admitted that he did this. What a nightmare it could of been . No apology from Teran or anyone that works there. It's like some big joke. I am pissed. He had no right to do that!!!!. Unprofessional behavior. ."
